Harmony Belles wins Services to Charity award in the Marlow FM Hidden Gems Awards
In November 2024, Harmony Belles was delighted to receive the Marlow FM Hidden Gems award for Services to Charity.
We were thrilled to receive so many nominations in recognition of the work we do to support local charities. Here are some of the kind words said about us:
“They are a local choir who raise amazing amounts of money for several charities whilst entertaining us at their concerts.”
“Harmony Belles keep the community entertained with their wonderful singing whilst raising funds for charity.”
A selection of members from the choir attended a gala dinner to receive their award and were bowled over by the kind words and support from the community and from Marlow FM.
Singing for joy is what we are all about but raising money for local and national charities is also a very close to our heart. In the last three years we have raised over £12,000 for charities at our concerts. The award from Marlow FM and from the people of Marlow is something we will always cherish.
